La Bamakoise and L'Abidjanaise are brand names of skin care products manufactured by H COSMETIQUES, Abidjan, Ivory Cost. Those two brands could be in form of cream, lotion, gel, oil and soap, and all forms contain hydroquinone as ingredient.

According to RS EAS 377-2: 2013 Cosmetics and cosmetic products — Part 2, those products must not be sold on Rwanda/East African market as cosmetic products.
